What impact will the Bush 2005 budget have on America’s communities?

On Friday, September 10th, the Institute for the Study of Civic Values invited Martha Coven and David Bradley of the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities to make a presentation in Philadelphia on how the cutbacks projected in the Bush administration’s five year budget plan would affect our city and cities throughout the country.
